Team Blue managed to secure a 2-point lead after the first 36 holes on day one. The scoring was tight during the initial 18 holes, with 4 out of 8 teams tied in match points, making the outcome uncertain. However, Team Blue excelled in the afternoon round, clinching the victory with a total of 17 points to 15 after two rounds.
As day two dawned, Team Blue was determined to secure the win.
During the initial match, Pullen/Strong failed to overcome the strong opposition of Casey/Gallo. Johnson/Soto then took charge, securing a decisive 2-0 victory for team Blue against Roberts/Huang. Adding to the excitement, five teams ended up in a tie, while the highly anticipated duo of Faries/Bill disappointed by losing 0-2 for team Blue. By the end of the day, team Red had 8 1/2 points compared to Blue's 7 1/2, falling short by 2 points needed for a tie or victory.
